SipPulse.ai operates on a pay-as-you-go model where users purchase credits in advance to use our AI-powered voice and messaging services. We are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • You have unused credits remaining in your account
  • The unused credit balance is at least $10 USD (or equivalent)
  • Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Use

3. What Can Be Refunded

Eligible for refund:

  • Unused credits: Credits that have not been consumed for any services
  • Purchased credits only: Credits obtained through direct payment

NOT eligible for refund:

  • Used credits: Credits already consumed for voice calls, messages, or analytics
  • Promotional credits: Free credits received through promotions, referrals, or sign-up bonuses
  • Credits older than 30 days: Any credits purchased more than 30 days ago

4. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your account email address and the date of purchase
  3. Specify the amount of unused credits you wish to refund
  4. Provide a brief reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and approved:

  • We will review your request within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
